What Happens Next
We understand the decision to say goodbye to our furry family members is never easy and we endeavour to make home euthanasia as peaceful, dignified and stress free as possible.
Home Euthanasia
Our Process
We arrive at your appointment time and introduce ourselves to you, your family and of course to your pet. We will then ask you to sign a euthanasia consent form. We give a sedative to our patients to ensure they are as calm and comfortable as possible. Euthanasia then requires an injection be given which causes your pet to become completely unconscious and unaware, prior to passing on.
Burial Options
If you would like to make inquiries regarding individual pet cremation whereby your pet's ashes are returned to you, please follow the link below to Lawswood Pet Crematorium’s website and explore the available options and costs associated.
We will organise Lawnswood to collect your pet from us once you are ready for us to leave. Alternatively, we can organise general cremation with the understanding your pet's ashes are not returned to you.
Cremation
Every person says goodbye in their own way, and our mission is to make this difficult time as comfortable as possible.
